VERE VERTO is a leather goods brand based in Los Angeles, created by designers Paige Smith and Consuelo Chozas. All VERE VERTO products are produced in southern Spain, where the leather industry has been thriving since the early 19th century, and are handcrafted one by one by artisans with a long history in this region. The leather used is vegetable tanned leather, which is three to five times more expensive than regular leather, but it uses only vegetable tannins without any chemicals. One of the characteristics of vegetable tanned leather is that it becomes more familiar to your hands and body the more you use it, and its color changes to a deeper shade.
