We have two stores, one in Kanazawa and the other in Kobe.

・Our order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

・Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

・Prices listed on the product page are tax-included prices in Japan.
・Duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout.Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.
