Explanation of charges other than the product price

●Shipping fee is 690 yen nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands. Shipping fee is 1,190 yen)

Application expiration date

●Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the product and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Defective Products

●For returns or exchanges of defective products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused when returned.

●If there is any damage during delivery or any other accident, or if the product is defective due to mismanagement, please contact us. We will immediately exchange the product or refund if the product is out of stock. In the case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover all shipping costs.

Delivery time

●We are closed on Wednesdays, so any orders or inquiries received during that day will be handled on Thursday after the holiday.

●If you pay by credit card online, your order will be shipped within one day if your payment is confirmed before 4:00 p.m., and the next day if your payment is confirmed after 4:00 p.m.

●If you choose bank transfer, after confirming the advance payment, we will ship within one day if the payment is received before 4:00 p.m., and the next day if the payment is received after 4:00 p.m.

If you choose one of the two payment methods, cash on delivery or credit card payment upon delivery, we will ship your order within one day after confirming it if you place it before 4pm, or the next day if you place it after 4pm.

For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and ship the product within 3 days of our reply. We cannot accept returns after 3 days.

●When returning an item, it must be unused.

Please send all accessories such as tags, boxes, etc. Returns will not be accepted if accessories are missing.

●We generally do not accept returns of sale items.

Returns and Refunds

●Refunds for payments other than credit card

In the case of returns due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee (starting from 330 yen) that we charge when we transfer the money from our company. (If you pay by credit card online, this fee will not be charged because we will cancel the transaction online.) Refunds will be made the day after the returned item arrives (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Example: We will refund 9,800 yen (item purchased by the customer) - 330 yen (transfer fee transferred to your account) = 9,470 yen.


●If you purchase a new item that costs 30,000 yen or more individually, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
*Used and sale items are excluded.
*Free shipping for returns and exchanges is not available if the delivery destination is overseas or (Hokkaido, Okinawa, some remote islands).

●If you contact us within three days of receiving the product, you can return it to us cash on delivery.

●If you are unsure whether to buy S or M size, we can ship both sizes and let you choose after purchase, and then return the item that doesn't fit. In that case, we will hold the cost of both items and refund or revise the amount after you return them. If you would like to ship a different size, please feel free to contact us first. We will check the stock and do our best to accommodate you.

●If the item is obviously worn, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges.


●If you paid by credit card or PayPal, we will cancel the order after we receive the returned item. If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer after you return the item. For cash on delivery returns, we will cover the shipping costs, but the customer will be responsible for any handling fees.

●Free return and exchange shipping is not included for purchases of 30,000 yen or more. This service is only available for purchases of 30,000 yen or more for individual items.
