ISA BOULDER is a knitwear brand based in Bali, Indonesia, founded by Cecilia Basari and Yuli Suri. It blends cutting-edge aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship to create experimental and provocative collections. Each piece is carefully crafted in collaboration with local artisans who perform traditional dyeing and printing, then cut and sewn in adjacent production facilities. Each collection is produced in small batches using recycled fabrics to minimize waste. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is available. We use Yamato Transport. The COD fees are as follows. You will be responsible for the COD fee based on the total payment amount (product price + shipping + COD fee).

Customers who select COD can also use Kuroneko Web Collect's card payment upon delivery. Please inform the delivery staff of your preferred payment method upon receipt.

Important Notes for Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you wish to place an order with COD, please ensure you read the following points.
・For COD orders, we will make a pre-shipment phone call to confirm your order. Please note that shipping will only occur after we have confirmed your intention to receive the product.
・In mail-order sales, a sales contract is established at the time of your order.
Unilateral cancellations or refusal to accept delivery due to customer convenience after shipping are not permitted.
・If a product is returned to our store due to customer convenience (whether intentional or accidental), such as refusal of acceptance or long-term absence, we will bill the customer for the actual costs incurred, including round-trip shipping, COD fees, and packaging materials (even if the order qualified for free shipping service).
