【Cash on Delivery (COD)】

●You can use Yamato Transport's Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
●You can use Kuroneko Web Collect's card payment upon delivery. Please tell the delivery staff your preferred payment method upon receipt.

●Please check the "Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms of Service" in the next section before using COD. A sales contract is formed when your COD order is completed, and you are deemed to have agreed to all terms.

When using Cash on Delivery (COD), please be sure to read and agree to all of the following terms before placing your order.

●"Cash on Delivery Fee" will be incurred depending on the total amount of your order (product price + shipping fee).
●Upon receipt of the product, you will pay the total order amount + cash on delivery fee.

●If a product is returned to our store due to customer reasons (whether intentional or negligent), such as refusal to receive or long-term absence, we will bill the customer for actual costs, including round-trip shipping fees, COD fees, and packing materials (even for orders where free shipping was applied).
