【Cash on Delivery (COD)】

●Yamato Transport's Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available.
●You can use Kuroneko Web Collect for card payments upon delivery. Please inform the delivery person of your preferred payment method upon receipt.

●Before using Cash on Delivery, please review the "Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms of Use" in the next section. By completing a Cash on Delivery order, a sales contract is formed, and you are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions.

When using Cash on Delivery (COD), please be sure to read and agree to all of the following terms before placing your order.

●A "Cash on Delivery Fee" will be incurred depending on the total order amount (product price + shipping fee).
●Upon receiving the product, you will pay the total order amount + cash on delivery fee.

●If the product is returned to our store due to customer reasons (whether intentional or accidental), such as refusal to accept delivery or prolonged absence, we will charge the customer for the actual costs incurred, including round-trip shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and packaging materials (this also applies to orders where free shipping was provided).
