Handling of Defective Products

●Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival for returns or exchanges of defective products. *Products must be unused.

●In the unlikely event of damage during delivery or defective products due to mishandling, please contact us. We will immediately replace the item or, if out of stock, issue a refund. All shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be borne by us.

About Returns and Exchanges

●Even if the return or exchange is due to customer's convenience (e.g., dissatisfaction with product size, design, or color), returns and exchanges are accepted if the conditions below are met. Please inquire before purchase if you have any questions.

●For single items priced at ¥50,000 or more, we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

*This does not apply to single items under ¥50,000, sale items, or vintage items.
*This does not apply to orders requiring delivery to remote islands or certain regions within Japan, or overseas.
*This does not apply to purchases where the total of multiple items is ¥50,000 or more. The service is only applicable to single items priced at ¥50,000 or more.

●For single items priced at ¥50,000 or less, returns and exchanges are possible only if the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs.

●All sale items are non-returnable.

●If you are considering different sizes, it is possible to have both sizes shipped and return the one that doesn't fit after trying them on. In this case, we will pre-authorize the payment for two items and refund the cost of one item after the return is received. If you wish to have different sizes shipped, please contact us first. We will be as flexible as possible.

●Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 3 days of product arrival. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

●Returned items must be unused. Products showing signs of use during inspection will be refused for return or exchange.

●Please send all product accessories, such as tags and boxes. Products with missing accessories cannot be accepted.

About Refunds

●Regardless of the payment method, refunds will generally be processed after the returned product arrives at our store.

●Refund Method
[Orders paid by credit card or PayPal]
After confirming the returned product, we will process the cancellation of the payment online.

[Orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery]
After confirming the returned product, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to the designated account.
*For cash on delivery returns, shipping costs will be borne by us, but handling fees will be borne by the customer.

●Notes on Refunds for Orders Other Than Credit Card and PayPal Payments

For returns due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee (¥330~) incurred by us for transferring to your account. Refunds will be processed on the day after we confirm the returned product (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Example: For a return of a ¥9,800 item
¥9,800 (purchase amount) - ¥330 (bank transfer fee to customer's account) = ¥9,470 will be refunded.
