We are a Japan-based store founded in 2011 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan. We carry U.S., European and Japanese domestic brands for both men and women.
We have two stores, one in Kanazawa and the other in Kobe.
We ship internationally worldwide and hope you enjoy our online shopping.

・Our order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

・Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

・Prices listed on the product page are tax-included prices in Japan.
・Duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout.Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

・We are sorry, MAN-TLE products cannot be sold overseas due to the brand rules. Orders from overseas will be canceled.

We kindly ask that you review the following information, and please note that we can only accept orders from customers who agree to these terms.

・Due to the recent removal of the U.S. de minimis rule, shipments are no longer exempt from duties and taxes, regardless of the order value.

・As a result, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the total value of your order, and these charges will be the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

・Japan Post (EMS) has stopped accepting commercial shipments to the U.S., and therefore all orders are shipped via DHL Express.

・Compared to EMS, DHL applies an additional fuel surcharge, which makes the shipping cost slightly higher.

・If you refuse to pay the customs duties and decline to receive the package, please note that the initial shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.

・We always strive to minimize the package size; however, since the shipping cost is generally determined by the dimensions of the parcel, the final shipping fee will be confirmed after your order is placed and will be billed separately. Once we have confirmed your payment for the shipping fee, we will proceed with the dispatch of your order.

Please note that the actual shipping cost may vary depending on the final package size.

・Size 60: approx. ¥6,000 (small items, accessories, sunglasses, T-shirts, etc.)

・Size 80: approx. ¥8,000 (shirts, sweatshirts, lightweight outerwear, pants, low-cut shoes, etc.)

・Size 100: approx. ¥13,000 (knit sweaters, outerwear, etc.)

・Size 120: approx. ¥17,000 (heavy outerwear, down jackets, boots, etc.)
